- Do between 45-60 minutes of cardio EVERYDAY.YES! This definitely happened! Haha.
Strength train 5-6 days a week.Also yes! Totally killed this one!- Take a fitness class. Still hasn’t happened… Gotta make it happen! >.<
- Lose 8 pounds. I lost 6.6….
