February Goals Revisited

  • Do between 45-60 minutes of cardio EVERYDAY.YES! This definitely happened! Haha.
  • Strength train 5-6 days a week. Also yes! Totally killed this one!
  • Take a fitness class. Still hasn’t happened… Gotta make it happen! >.<
  • Lose 8 pounds. I lost 6.6….
